Refund policy

At USAFactorySource, every piece is built to order in our Chicago factory, so we ask customers to confirm all details — dimensions, finish, and configuration — before placing an order. Because these are custom, made-to-order items, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the confirmed specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement piece at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only in cases where we're unable to correct the issue through repair or replacement, and will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Freight charges are non-refundable once a shipment has left our factory, except in cases of factory error.
