By placing an order through USAFactorySource, you agree to the following terms. All products are manufactured to order in the USA and may have production lead times as noted on each product page or provided during your quote request. Prices reflect factory-direct pricing and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed; once payment is received, your price is locked in. Shipping for large furniture items is handled via freight (LTL) carriers, and estimated delivery windows are approximate — actual transit time may vary based on carrier scheduling and destination. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the freight carrier. Any custom specifications submitted through our quote form become part of your binding order once confirmed by phone, email, or written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued.
